What login details are required?

• Members of the HSRM should enter their HDS user ID and password.
• Stud.IP administrators should enter the username they received by email, along with the corresponding password.
• The login details for the applicant portal do not apply to Stud.IP. You will receive your HDS user ID once you have completed the enrolment process.

Were you deregistered for a period of time?

If you have re-enrolled at HSRM following an absence but your Stud.IP account is still blocked, please contact the IT- und Medienzentrum.

Have you not logged in for more than 300 days?

If you have not logged in with your admin account for more than 300 days, this account has been blocked. Please contact the IT- und Medienzentrum.
